Irene's Bakery was founded in Victoria by Bakers from Germany, and we are striving to continue the tradition by providing high quality breads and baked goods.
We use the highest quality ingredients in our breads, including non-hydrogenated shortening and margarine to produce breads with minimum trans fats that meet with local Health Authority guidelines.
Over the years, having established a tradition of baking the finest European breads, we have always tried to offer the best baked product possible.
